I got together with a friend today I haven't seen in a while. Had some good Porters and then put on some ribs. I did two racks of beef back ribs and one rack of baby backs. The first rack of beef got SM Sweet and Spicey. The second got just garlic salt. The baby backs got half garlic salt, half SM Cherry. They went on at about 300 over Stubbs with hickory and cherry for I think 3 1/2 to 4 hours (Don't know what time it was when I put them on). The beef rack with the SM Sweet and Spicey got some Big Bob Gibsons Sauce for the last 20 mins or so. These are the best pics I got. Some were very blurry ( too many adult beverages!).

Very nice! I did some beef back ribs tonight too, chased by some Afligem Blond abbey ale. Good combo if I do say so myself :) Yours had way more meat than mine, though.
