Brisket on the UDS

Tonight going to be putting a brisket in the UDS. Trying something different tonight, going to smoke with walnut. Should be interesting. Ill have pictures tomorrow.

I am going to assume this is because you have a lot of walnut? Because I can't imagine there is any other reason you would choose to use walnut for smoking.
 
I may be taking a risk but so far the walnut smoke smells great. UDS started hot but holding steady at 250.
