How's it look? Trimmed decent for appearance but wasn't to worried. Tasted pretty good.

Looks really good! One note - if you are practicing for a comp, some judges would score lower because of the grill marks. Just sayin...
 
That's exactly what I'm trying to do. I'd like to get in competitions. Would you just keep the chicken skin side down the whole time? If so, do you have any problems cooking evenly? I'm a big noobie lol.

I know that folks who don't use butter baths leave the skin side up to prevent marks.

I could try the butter bath stuff... is there any info on what people do exactly with that? I've never seen a tutorial on that or anything.
