is One Chatty Farker
It is small but I figured I would share it. We competed in a local competition over the weekend it was the 1st Annual Smokin Bones BBQ Competition in Staunton, Va. We finished 1st in pork, 2nd in chicken and 3rd in ribs and got the RGC. There were only two of us KCBS teams competing, the other was Mike Collins of The Pigs Ear from Amherst, Va and he won the Grand Championship. Hats off he did the whole thing by his self. Organizers are going to do one more year of the competition and then try to turn it into an August KCBS event.
