Which Simply Marvelous for Pork Butt?

I remember a month or so back Big Poppa made a comment about mixing his rubs.
Pork was sweet and savory, if I remember right, that's why I use both you have and it comes out afarkinmazing!!!
 
Came out good for using the Traeger. Next time I'll mix the SS with apple or pecan and use the offset or UDS.
 
Ya know Sweet Money Rub is also a real good one on pork of any kind
 
Thanks the butt I have on right now has Pecan on it as well.

dang just wrapped it going back out to get it and add SS

It will be finished with the spicey apple.

Had a little nibble this morning. The Traeger didn't add much smoke flavor as expected so it tastes like carnitas. That's a good thing.
