The wife volunteered yours truly to smoke some butts for her work's christmas party.It's only 100 lbs as this is just another option on the menu,not the entire menu.The problem is i work out of town and guess what,i wont be home for it:sad:.She is going to do them on her dads gas smoker:sorry:,forgive me.Wish her luck because my name's on the line.I will have her post pic's as the process gets closer,which will be in a few days.

Oh,i think she will be alright.She would use my offset but you kinda need to keep an eye on the old girl,and she,s got to work it around her work,so i figured the propane would be a little easier for her.
