A lady my wife works with has asked me to do pulled pork and wings for her husbands birthday party. Be 20 people.
Figure 4 oz pulled pork for sammies x2 cause I always figure people will eat 2 because it is so good;-)
Never done wings before for big group. I was thinking 6 drum/wing sections per person?
What you guys think?
