My team The Four Porksmen are jumping off the high dive into the deep end of the pool for our very first competition. Heck I've never even cooked a brisket before but I've seen it done on TV so I have that going for me. I've had the Assassin 28 fired up the past two weekends to practice cook times and flavor profiles so hopefully we avoid DAL. Are any other Brethren entering this event?

Are bottles provided for the sauce competition or do I need to provide my own?
 
Big JT's Smokin BBQ will be coming down from Indiana for our 2nd run at this contest. LOVED it last year. Looking forward to it.
 
We will be pulling out early this coming Sunday for the long haul there..really looking forward to this event and cooking in the south.
 
Weather looking good for this weekend in Decatur. Anyone else going to be here?
