Yeah, yeah, yeah.... another brisket and butt.
Rubbed both down with SM Cherry - needed a sweet rub for the folks that were coming to dinner.
Tossed on the Traeger which was loaded with Cherry.
Ran the cooker between 275 and 300 degrees.
Cooked them naked till they both were in the 155 - 160 range - that was about 5 hours. Put them each in a foil pan, and covered them in foil.
They went another 3 hours till probe tender (205 on the butt and 207 for the brisket)
Let them rest an hour and it was time for dinner...
