That is a Lotta Bull.............chit that is! Must be nice to be able to grill and eat killer juicy steaks all day. Lord knows I can't. Stupid job..cant ever do nuthin fun....stupid job. :twisted: :-D

I did the same thing last night.
I put these Bad Boys on my grill. High heat flaming fire!!!!
My rub just kinda blackens and carmelizes and gets kinda that crusty, crunchy texture with the steak medium rare inside.
Hey, that is making me hungry all over again for another one.

Too bad you don't have a Fareway down there. Their meat counter has better looking cuts without the fancy price and name.
 

HyVee has thier own Amana Colony behind the corp. HQ who grow the cows for them...... :cool:

Thier Kobe beef however, just comes from Coby Janes... a KS farmer down the road here.

Of course if you believe Bill - Todd's Maytag Bleu Cheese he put on the dinner 1/2 of the steak is really just the fungus from his washing machine...:razz:
