Picked the the adjustable rig for my Big Green Egg and tried it out for the first time today. I really like it. Took some pics, thought I would share.

Used SM Cherry and Sweet Seduction

The adjustable rig is bad ass. You can go 3 cooking grates right?

Excellent color on the ribs.

Yes, you need to add the spider to the setup. I dont have it..... yet :becky:

I have the same rig and really like it.
