Quintessential Chatty Farker
I posted the other day that I was in the process of dry aging some ribeye loins and had cooler issues.I had to pull 2 of them and process them because I did not have room for all of them in my other fridge.These only went 25 days.
I foodsavered and froze them.I had to try one.It was VERY TASTEE! I can hardly wait to try the 40 day ones.
