This has been posted to the Iowa BBQ Society website. It's an article I wrote about the Frostbuster BBQ held in April in Colo, Ia.
For those that don't know. The Frostbuster is a contest we put together for up to 12 teams to come in and cook a full contest, turn in their meats and get judges by KCBS judges. Only difference is the teams get to go ask the judges about their entries after the judging is done.
