I Have Not Competed In About 6 Years. We Would Cook A Whole Brisket And A Flat. 3 Ribs 2 Butts And 18 Thighs. What Are You Guys Doing This Year?

I compete backyard, so I cook about the same with the exception of brisket. I would imagine that your competition season is a little shorter than ours because of the cooler weather, so you have some extra time to practice and hone your skills. Be sure to update if you do get back out there.
