I would love any pics and/or advice on this subject seeing that I am not allowed into the file/picture section on this forum.
 
Have you checked out the Bandera 101 thread?

Here is a complete frame off restoration I did on mine (gone but not forgotten) that shows my baffle.

Seattlepitboss modified the baffle for me (not shown) he did a cutout that allowed the waterpan to set in place with the diverter-nice touch!

I used 3/8 scrap. It worked well. You need a way to bend it though if you can't find it that way. I was blessed that way, mine came as seen. I just had to adjust the length.
 
Yes, working with the documents in that thread. Nice thread you posted in your restore also. Thanks for the pic of your baffle there!
 
I would also be interested in purchasing a Bandara baffle if they are for sale.
