Ok, trying the cornstarch thing with some chix. Here it is almost done b4 the sauce. I put Stubbs rub and then mixed some with cornstarch in a ziplock.
It was great, my son thought it was fried then put on the grill. I put some finishing sauce on it and it was gone in a flash.
I just put some rub on the chix and then mixed some with cornstarch in a baggie. It was easy and came out great, even on my 10 dollar wally world grill.
