I would like to cook this one...The contests close by our area are getting thin, but I have to work some fridays every now and then.....

talked to the organizer yesterday - he is at 36
for the first time ever he has teams from Illinois - 3 of them
the two of you and his cousin or uncle.
 
Talked to a team at Wellsville yesterday, said the saturday nite shrimp boil is always a blast!

Hey - what is the party people are talking about on Saturday night? I would have to try to talk Brian in staying.

Suposed to be beautiful 79 on Friday and 76 on Saturday Mostly sunny!!

Dont think we are going to do the boil. I think everyone is just going to bring something to chip in for like a pot luck of some sort. We are still planning on staying
 
I think I heard that the bridge crossing the Missouri River is closed for construction at Boonville. Not sure if it's true, can any of the Central MoFo's provide some input on that?
 
Pretty sure that it is still closed. There is a ferry running. $6 one way I believe.

last year beckey and mark did an shrimp boil and there was about five teams and the kcbs judges stayed sat night and had an great party all i rember we had an great time everyone brought stuff like food and liquor it was just an good time :icon_cool
