Thanks guys. Yeah the whole meatloaf thing sucked but we were aware beforehand that it (along with about 30 other cuts and sub-primals) was a possibility. They said it was less than half a point between 1st and 2nd. Should have been practicing my meat grinding skills more...

i'd have to agree. think "fatty", how many threads are here about those?
but, i would say, rub, you outclassed the competition IMHO, but sometimes it's hard to overcome that other competitors stroke of brilliance(the bacon weave).
good luck and WTG on your 7th. you did us all proud on TV with both your skill and humility at the end.
