Built my smoker last year, got around to cleaning it up and putting a new dress on her this year. Just in time for the first competition of the year over Memorial Weekend.

First step was to sand blast her clean:

Then 2 coats of high temp primer.

Then i sprayed the frame with Rust Oleum truck bed liner:

I sprayed the stacks and handles\door edges with high temp grill paint, then taped it all off and sprayed the first coat of paint

4 coats of paint later and she was ready for her unveiling.

Yes I purchased the whole thing at Wal Mart, how did you guess?

Definitely need to do something with the wheels.They need a good cleaning, but I'm thinking of having them powder coated black too.
