It was great to see the Route 66 guys take the GC and Piggy D's get the reserve. Also, check out Troy with Bare Naked at 3rd overall and two first place calls! He flew in from Alaska and assembled his GMG cookers yesterday afternoon!

Paul, Cast Iron Chef also got a nice call!
 
Thanks Ron. It was nice to meet you, Divemaster, and Parsley Lady. Pretty happy with my first comp. 5th in chicken and 7th in brisket! Not so good overall. Congrats to all teams.

Very nice! I will be cooking ribs and chicken on a Green Mountain Grill in NC at the Peak City Pig Fest...Sure would be nice to dupicate those results!

Thanks for the well wishes Benny, Matt and Crash, I will always remember my first. The drive home was much more pleasant than my last visit to Vegas.
A big congratulations to all that competed and those that walked. Piggy D's is on a roll and Troy is making Green Mountain the grill to have. Best wishes to all and yes it was a fun day!
