First let me thank Redhot for the berry category. this made me do some research and learning. I never really thought berries and meat would mix well.
The results were fantastic.

The menu:
Avocado berry salad with a mango vinaigrette dressing. This is a non-cook item prepared by my wife, but carries the berry theme forward.

The main dish:
Pork chop with a herbed blueberry sauce.

Brown the meat on a very hot pan

Pull the meat once browned and finished off in a 350* kamado
(forgot to take picture here)

Meanwhile use the browning pan with all the good stuff still in it make the blueberry herb sauce.

Some commentary.
The berry sauce for the pork was not too sweet because of the fresh thyme and sage.
The mango vinaigrette salad was outstanding.
The blueberry crisp should have had a side of vanilla ice cream.
