Well......I took the plunge today and purchased a DigiQII!:biggrin:

Should be here in 5 - 10 working days and went with the blue one (I hear they're the best!). Can't wait until the new toy gets here! :-D

It's going to be hard to break the news to my brother and BIL. They are in charge of watching the smoker overnight. Now maybe we can all catch a little rest!
 
Congrats... I've got the blue one too.. They control pit temp the best.

Don't worry... you can keep your teammates busy looking at the display all night hoping for some action if temp goes +/- 2 degrees.
 
Everyone knows that BLUE is the best color...for a Thermapen. DigiQs work best when they're BLACK.
 
Which unit are you hooking the DigiQ II too?

I gotta Blue Digi Q and a Blue half burnt Thermapen! Love them both!

I'll be hooking it up to the WSM for now. Got the $$$ set aside for the Backwoods, but I've got a way's to go to reach my goal. When I get there, I'll buy the Backwoods.

I purchased the 10 cfm Pit Viper with the 6' extension cord. I figured it should work well with both the WSM and the Party.
