Thanks for having me here. I have done a lot of grilling in my days,but just started to get into smoking. I'm starting off with a cheap Char- Griller, but with all the mods I've been doing ,its going rather well so far. Thanks for all the great info I've been able to get so far (there's a lot), and hope someday to be able to help others down the road! Pics to come soon!
