went to pick up my lamb for Sunday, and saw some babybacks that needed a good home...who was I to say no
I was gonna wait until tonight to make 'em, but the wife said cook 'em up now. who am I to say no
pulled the membrane, rubbed 'em down, and threw 'em on the WSM.

ran it for ~3.5 hours at 290 - 300° with RO lump, and some mesquite and cherry until they passed the bend test. No foil...that just seemed like a lot of work

was my first attempt at babys...came out really good, but I probably could have pulled them just a bit sooner--they were starting to fall off the bone a bit. I will definitely be doing some ribs again :thumb:

They look like, yes I'll have some:thumb:

Now I know where to get some good Q the next time we're chasing walleyes below the dam!!:hungry::hungry:
