Who is planning on making the trip to Waycross? Are you cooking the Invitational and Open? What 3 categories are you cooking for each?

We are cooking in both contests. We are cooking ribs, pork and brisket for both contests. We will arrive around Noon on Thursday and look forward to our first appearance at the Best of the Best!

Kudzu Q will be cooking the Invitational only. We plan to be headed back north Saturday morning. Looking forward to seeing some great teams from around the country.

Swamp Boys, getting in Weds night, both contests, ribs, pork, brisket. Been re-thinking the ribs though. :doh: It's a GREAT contest!
