Had a hankering for steak and fries....

Probably should have been more clear. First fry at 325 for 7-8 minutes. These par cook them. Then after they have cooled, you fry them for 2-3 minutes at 375 to crisp them up.

This ensures a nice creamy center with crisp outside for the fries.
 
Can't beat steak and fries.

I'm wondering about the second fry also.

Agree with the double dip, we do that for home made:thumb:
 
There are a few ways to make great chips(fries) and the double fry is an easier method to get better results.
Geez that meat looks good.
 
Man, now I'm gonna havta go get a ribeye when I get off work at 11 and grill that badboy up tonite....:doh:
