Hope you had a Great Thanksgiving too. The Big Easy pays for itself the first couple of times you use it in peanut oil savings. :-D

Love mine too! Picked it up for 50.00 on clearance a year or two ago. Used to do them on the vertical smoker but the big easy is quicker and easier. Crammed an 18.6 pounder in it yesterday. Was a tight fit but worked well!

If it will fit, you can do it. Any type of bird seems to be the best. Pork ain't bad either. I can find better ways to do beef though. :-D
