I want thank everyone that help me with my questions this past week. Today i put my thermometer
on the grate level. Then i cooked the butt and rubs at 275 then i cooked the butt until it was 200 then wrapped in foil and theb towel and put it away for about 3 hours. Then i cooked the ribs for about 3 hours then i foiled them for another 1 hour to 30 mins

Lol i am not much of a drinker i maybe drink once to twice a year lol

I was buzzed and i had a half bottle left lol
