Practice cooks to come over the weekend

Wow that is one beautiful machine, congratulations! Is it for catering/comps or personal use?

Just curious - how you going to get that bad boy down out of the truck?
Gorgeous.

Nice Vault, Good luck with her! Someday I hope to get a safe.

Wow! Very nice! Congrats! :thumb:

My first impression from looking at the photo on your truck was that you had made a smoker out of a 'Porta-John'. ;) (Glad you didn't)
I looked again, a little more closely the next time. (Must be tired)
Looks great. On subsequent photos...
To buy that much meat would bankrupt a third world country.

After my first impression... I hope you start with Ribs, instead of Butts. ;)

My wife saw it and really liked the 'RED' color scheme.
(Nearly all of mine are flat black)

Must be nice to drive down to pitmaker and get one, up here in the north we dont get such an option, I called to get one last year but the shipping was way out there in centerfield. It seems to me that all the good pits are in the south and we northern people will just have to do with the WSM. We do have a backwoods dealer in Mi but still im afraid to ask. You got a great machine there good luck happy smokin..

Sweet, I'd love to own one myself!
