Taking a look at the Assassin Smoker.....any thoughts? Quality of build, insulated well, qualify and ease of cooking....all feedback is appreciated.

I love mine. It is built like a tank, uses very little fuel, and cranks out a good product. Gravity fed smokers are all easy to use. Light it up, dump in some charcoal, and hook up your guru. It will run for hours one one shoot of coals.

Great pits and a good group of guys to deal with as well. It doesn’t get any easier than a gravity feed.

They look great. I'd check out superior smokers though- i think its made by the same people. Both look to be top flight as far as quality.

Check out Superior Smokers under the Brethren Sales & Ventures...I've been using a Superior for the past year in competition and it has been a great smoker!
