So I've had a ton of steak lately, don't have time for a butt or a brisket, I'm not feeling ribs ... but I want to que....need it to be a few hour cook maximum. I guess I could do some chicken, but I'm looking for some other BBQ thoughts here.

Help me out!

Pork Loin? You can cook at higher temps so It'll be done in few hours.

Oooo ...we may have a winner here. I've done pork loin with stuffed sausage, but I like the other junk thrown in.

I assume you tie it all back up with some butcher's cord etc?

Lookee what I just happened to have in the freezer too... a little time in the Florida 90* summer and it will be thawed with a quickness.

You been snooping in my freezer deguerre!?

I think I'll try some Andouille, onions, sweet peppers (in fridge), fresh parsley and fresh basil. I'll give it a simple rub and then baste it with some sauce towards the end.
