Hello all:

I found this site a while back when researching smokers and found the UDS info very helpful. So I decided to get an account so I could participate in the discussion.

I still need to finish my UDS but in the mean time I did pick up a brinkman smoker that does the job for now.

This is my first summer bbqing myself even though I have always loved the food. I picked up a considerable amount of charcoal, wood chunks, chips etc but I doubt it will last till July.

I have been noticing a few people from Wisconsin so that is pretty cool!

This weekend I am firing up the smoker and trying some ABTs and a couple of pork tenderloin. I am not sure what type of wood to use yet though.
