With my new SS2 coming and a friend wanting to buy my traeger I had to do one last cook.. Changed up a couple things..
1 - bought some St Louis trimmed at Swindle-Dixie (WinnDixie) as they were on sale.. Usually buy them untrimmed. I think they were 3.5lbs or so each.
2 hours smoked, 1 hours wrapped 30 min - at 250.

Momma dukes caught wind I was firing her up and left a cooler with a rack n half of baby backs.
I used a mustard slather after reading about it and decided to give it a whirl. Have done it on brisket before and butts but never ribs.

the pics tell the rest.

Probably top 5 ribs I have made. Not sure if it was the different sauce, making it hot before applied or the Secret Weapon.. BUT. It was DANK!

Thanks fellas. Part of wants to keep the traeger. But i know its good karma to hand down.
