ok... so the only Q having is going to be on my father in law's WSM... hopefully can find a large piece of pork to cook... he has a brickman POS and I want to take it out on the ice with us while we are ice fishing and smoke some sausages and ribs... hehe... I REALLY want a picture of a smoker running on the ice...

I will make sure to post if I get some...

btw whomever was at phils on saturday night of the last bash met my father in law...

ok... so last night... at 9:15 it was around 0 degrees... thats when the pork butts went on... came off at noon today... DAMN THEY WERE GOOD... the "renowned mr. Brown" out of the smoke and spice book... yum... oh... and here is a picture of my father in law and myself around the cooker at around 11pm... -2 Degrees Farenheit...
