Pulled Chuck Roll..Take 2

Chuck Roll was $1.75 at Cash and Carry so I grabbed a 23 pounder. I cut it into thirds and put one in the freezer for later. My Son's birthday is today (25th) so I'm having The Kinfolk over and serving BBQ Beef sammys, baked beans and salad. Pics to follow.

Thanks! We had to have the get together at noon or I might have had more offerings. Everyone enjoyed it so I guess it was cool.
