Congrats...I love that tower grill, been using a Stok for a few years now...all the optional grate attachments are cool...I like the orange lid...been trying to figure out how I could scab it for my UDS...

I would give that cast iron grate a coat of Crisco or another solid fat to season that thing. You want to make it look like a black cast iron pan.
