HI all,

New to the forum and still trying to figure this all out - both the forum and the wonderful world of smoking BBQ! Basic backyard guy with dreams of getting better one cook at a time. Working with a 18.5 WSM and open to learning. Greetings to all in Michigan, around the Great Lakes and all my new BBQ friends around the country.

If you can't find the topic you need help with, or have questions about, just start a new thread in "Q-Talk". There are many people with years of experience that are willing to answer your questions and guide you in the right direction.
 
Welcome. I don't post much about cooks other than with a Weber kettle, but I'm a lifetime Michigander, so the more, the better.
