Cooked for about 20 for the 4th.

Missed some good shots trying to bring it all together at one time, which I pulled off.

Beer and Brats simmered about 20 minutes then went on the Weber grill and had some nice grill marks, imagine mode...

I cannot believe I missed the Wings, did them on the EGG with raised rack indirect. They were a BIG hit!

Then when hanging the Weber lid with one hand and rolling the Brats with the other, found out just how hot the lid was.

Food looks great. Consider the "grill marks" a badge of honor.

It's a sign. Put the covers on the webers and just use the egg.
