Smoking a fatty today for the Cowboy game. Filled with sauteed onions, sun dried tomatos and Mexican shredded cheese and wrapped in Applewood bacon. Thank god FOOTBALL is back!!!

Cowboys, what is it one post season win in the last 12-15 years???? They are the reason I no longer watch pro sports, of any kind. When the games on I'm on my bike putting in miles or on the patio with some pecan smoke filling the air. I don't wish bad for them. I don't wish anything for them. They are marketing geniouses.
But I do love Fatty's my wife and my dog.
