This was a great time - great contest. Thanks to everyone that I met. I thought since it was so nice, Kick would wander by.

Well to be honest with you, I cook everything on a 22" wsm til time to wrap, then it goes in the FEC. Take it to temp there.

Hey Kick I have to tell you I owe you for the brisket. Dont know why they are better bet bought two times placed two times. Should have had them at Wellsville.
