HoosierDaddy competition New Albany IN, Oct 9,10th. Anyone need a helper?

Hi I am a proffesional chef and KCBS member from the Indianapolis area that would love to help out any team that would have me for this competition. I will be taking the judging class on Thursday as well. I have made lots of good Q at home and would be happy to provide pics of some of my past smokes. I am well versed in the arts of beer opening, ice fetching, sauce stirring etc.. In short, I will be there to help in any way I can. I am very excited about this opportunity to learn and hope I can help someone out.
