Hi Everyone,
Frank here! I'm from Long Island, NY and I've been smokin' for a few years, but still consider myself a newbie. ABT's, fatties and ribs are things I make the most. The last few years I've had a vertical smoker, but it bit the dust this summer. I'm currently building myself a UDS (below) and plan on getting a lot of use out of it.....(just need to build a charcoal basket). Looking forward to reading posts on this forum for good ideas, tips and advice for some good Q.
