Loosely followed the "food wishes" video of how to make summer sausage. 2 lbs of ground beef, garlic, paprika, mustard seeds, s&p, cayenne, pink salt, sugar, jalapeno and cheddar cheese. Wrap and put in the fridge for 1 day. On the BGE miniMax



Pulled at 150



Now into the fridge for 1 day, roll in black pepper and into the fridge for 1 more day. šŸ˜Ž
 
Will interested to see how it turns out...I like the idea of adding cheddar and jalapenos.
