I have a friend who's family is wanted me to cater a bbq and would like to know if my pricing is in line. I want to be fair to them and me. This is based on 50 people. Thanks for your input.

:twisted:i'd say go to your local chain/crap catering place & ask for the same price what they would do for you & cut yer cost to undercut them(unless it's quality or friend for/of yours you want) been done to me so i did it back.ya may not get a profit but the quality & word out sure makes up on the next gig.:twisted:
