This project took me the better part of 9 months due to a move, and other things I won't mention.:)mad:)

She's ready for the first test burn, and hopefully if all goes well, the maiden voyage this weekend!

That's real purdy, seems a shame to mess it up with smoke, ashes, meat grease and all.


But I'd do it in a Heartbeat!

Good luck with the UDS... don't for get the pics of you cook.
 
The logo was hand painted using stencils....tough work!
 
To paraphrase Donald Sutherland in the Dirty Dozen.
"Very pretty, General. But can it cook?"
Just yanking the proverbial leg. Can't wait to see pron of the many cooks.
