Just wanted to stop in and introduce myself, I'm GoTribe a transplanted yankee in Texas learning how to smoke big hunks of meat.... wait I dont think that came out right.... lol you know what I mean get out the gutter...lol I have a CharGriller Duo with a smokebox and cooking with only wood....
