Brickseek suggested I search for 14inch WSMs. There were none in my area, but check it out where you are. They say they are from $40.

Nothing like those sales in my area. :sad: I'll keep watching but doubt they drop much. The best was a highland at 36% off, but unless it drops again in half I would never be able to justify it to the wife. Gonna keep an eye on the pitboss, but that needs to drop to what you guys are seeing based on the reviews I have seen online.
 
I've checked brickseek locally 4 times yesterday for the series 5 and maybe a barrel house (for under $40 why not) I can think of at least 4 Wally's in a half hour drive. I'll expand the search, I dont mind driving
 
Also, helped my dad put together the pitboss pellet smoker last night. I'm pretty impressed with the construction. Definitely solid, but the grease pan is an absolute joke. So small! Good thing is that it'd be easy to put a small pot under it to catch the drippings, but I can see that thing getting overfilled and really messing up someone's patio.

He didn't get any pellets for it, but will today, so no burn-in last night. Hope to hear a report today though! Thanks again, Paul for the heads-up.
 
And I wrote it too early this morning. They are down to $349 at a couple stores now. Drop like the stock market baby, how low can you go.
 
Curious if the window gets all stained with smoke? Thanks!

Only if you leave it baked on. The smoke stain will happen but you just need to wipe it down after every smoke. If you wait, it will set in. My gasser has a stain that I can’t remove now.

Razor and oven cleaner should be able to remove any baked glass stains.
