My first pulled pork - absolutely KISS (pron)

Looks great! :thumb: Nothing wrong with KISS. You know what you're starting with before you add additional flavors with rubs, brine or injection.

Now while the cook is fresh in your mind, write down some notes about what you did, what you liked about it and how you would improve the next time. I'll bet you can do even better!

It reminds me of what Ralphie May (comedian) said on his standup regarding his time on the show The Biggest Loser where each contestant loses in the hundreds of pounds-

"It was bad. I was watching the food channel like it was _______. Rachel Ray is a naughty girl, teasin me and playin with her food like that."

Now switch the letters around on Pron and and fill in the blank- then you get the real meaning. Food pron.
 
I just finished the last of the 12lbs of pulled pork I smoked last weekend for lunch today, and after seeing that pron I'm craving it again already. Good looking stuff. Keep it up.
