Default Today's Baby Backs and Butts

[IMG][IMG][/IMG][/IMG]It was a little brisk when I fired up the stick burner this morning! But thanks to the Brethern, I was able to maintain temps better than ever before. I think I'm finally learning how to keep a good consistent clean burning fire. I split the logs to about 3.5" diameter and heated the wood before I feed the fire box.

The Baby Backs are for a customer of mine and the butts are mine! I used a rub that I've developed for my ribs over the last couple of years (nothin fancy) I usually don't glaze the ribs but wanted them to shine a little this time.

Thanks for all the tips I've been gleaning here!

After Reviewing pic.s I can see I need to work on that too! Sorry about that.
