Sous Vide, Reversed Rib Eye

Yep, it has become a very popular thing out here with restaurants and home cooks as well.
 
Use it often at home,great way to use cheap cuts to make fine steak.
Awesome 2day Cornbeef ans pickled Pork etc etc

It is very popular but not in our household. We don't care for the texture of the meat after sous vide.
 
Nothing like a good 2.5 hour steak. :razz: Seriously, I've never tried it but would love to.
 
Waste of a good ribeye, however, if you do it to a chuck steak... I hear it is the bomb!

One guy at work does it all the time with cheaper cuts and they come out stellar!
